I changed my mind about my purchase, can I return my products? Can I change my order?
We have a strict no-return policy on all our products. We do not change any products due to changing your mind or the shade has turned out differently. We are unable to check if the product has been used and with COVID-19 we do not want to risk the spread of the virus. If you have any questions about the shades, we are happy to assist any time! Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the items in your order.
